Inspection FAQs:

1. When do I need an inspection?

We only require an inspection for a vehicle when it is no longer under warranty. We don’t require an inspection if the vehicle is under a manufacturer’s warranty or another approved warranty provider. If purchasing your vehicle from a reputable dealership approved by Ensurall, the inspection will be waived.

2. I just bought my car or my warranty protection on my present car is just about to expire. How long do I have to qualify for Ensurall Warranty coverage?

The lag time for coverage for Ensurall Warranty approval must not exceed one week from the time you purchase your vehicle or when the warranty expires.

3. Can I waive the inspection process?

If a vehicle inspection is required, the inspection must be completed for warranty approval.

4. Where will the inspection take place and how long does it take?

The inspection takes from 30 to 45 minutes and can be done at your home, place of work, at a mechanic’s shop, or another suitable location of your choice.

5. What are the qualifications of your inspectors?

Our Field Specialists have extensive experience in the automotive field and are required to pass a rigorous inspection training program.

6. What happens if my vehicle fails the inspection and repairs are required?

Ensurall does not automatically deny warranty protection if a vehicle inspection indicates repairs are required. We assume that you will have your vehicle repaired to qualify for Ensurall Auto Warranty coverage.

7. Will I have to pay for the inspection?

Ensurall assumes the cost of the inspection and there is no charge to you. However, if you decide to cancel your application for an Ensurall Warranty, you will receive a refund on your credit card minus the cost of the inspection.

8. Who do I contact if I don’t agree with the vehicle inspection results?

Contact Ensurall to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle inspection.

9. How do I proceed after I repair my vehicle based on the inspection report to qualify for Ensurall Auto Warranty coverage?
