Claims Procedure

  1. All Warranty Holders are asked to call our Toll-Free phone number to begin their Claim Procedure: 1-800-358-8164
  2. The Warranty Holder should have their Warranty Authorization Number and their current odometer reading ready before speaking to an Ensurall Claims Adjustor.
  3. The Warranty Holder should have their Oil Receipts ready to fax to Ensurall for Claim Approval.
  4. All repairs must be PRE-APPROVED by Ensurall and completed by a licensed mechanic.
  5. The Warranty Holder should provide their mechanic with the Terms & Conditions of their Warranty Contract.
  6. After a mutually agreed upon mechanic diagnoses a problem, they will be asked to fax the itemized work order or diagnostic to Ensurall. Fax: 1-800-358-7902
  7. In some rare cases a Claim Adjustor could be sent to the mechanic shop to report on the repair.
  8. Once the claim has been approved and the Approval Number has been issued, the mechanic may begin the vehicle repair work.
  9. A $100 deductible payable to the mechanic applies to all claims unless the zero deductible options has been purchased.
  10. The mechanic will be paid directly when the final invoice is signed by the Warranty Holder and received by Ensurall.
